Dennis Moses
Senior Advisor

Dennis has a heart for the local church and a calling to serve pastors and ministry leaders with wisdom, clarity, and care. As a committed follower of Christ, he is passionate about helping churches navigate their financing and banking needs in a way that supports their mission and long-term health.

Throughout his career, Dennis has worked with many of the country’s leading ministries, advising on loan structures for new construction, property purchases, and refinancing. Known for his relationship-first approach, he seeks to be a trusted advisor to pastors—much like the men of Issachar in 1 Chronicles 12:32—offering insight and discernment for what lies ahead.

Dennis began his career in church finance with A.B. Culbertson, Inc., an early leader in church bond financing, where he earned his Series 7 and 63 licenses and helped ministries secure capital when banks were hesitant to lend. He then advanced into senior leadership roles with Bank of the West (now BMO) before serving eight years as CEO of Church Capital Resources and founding Connections 4 Churches to support smaller congregations with access to funding and strategic guidance. Today, Dennis serves with ChurchWay Advisors, bringing more than three decades of national experience to help churches steward resources wisely and advance their mission with clarity and confidence.

His commitment to the church extends far beyond his professional work. Dennis has served Brentwood Baptist Church for more than three decades—as a deacon, trustee, and Deacon Chairman—and has invested deeply in racial reconciliation and unity within the body of Christ.

Dennis and his wife reside in Brentwood, Tennessee, grateful for their six grown children and twelve grandchildren and cherishing time spent with family. Above all, he is driven by a desire to see churches flourish and faithfully live out their calling.
