Hardy is a CPA with over 40 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, including significant roles in both corporate and private sectors and nearly two decades as CFO and Chief Accounting Officer. His extensive background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and organizational leadership.

In addition to his professional background, Hardy has been actively involved in his local church for many years, serving as a deacon, choir director, and mission trip leader. He and his wife of 38 years, Liana, regularly lead music and service-focused mission trips to Ecuador, combining their love for ministry, music, and the Gospel.
Hardy earned his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University–Commerce. He and Liana live in Houston, Texas, and have three grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and a growing number of grandchildren.
